They are very efficient in getting me in/out and all staff was nice, just rushed. Unfortunately, there was little to no interaction with the doc directly and no followup on diagnosis. I had to pry it out of them. This was unlike my prior experience with them, so comparatively, they have slid from 5 to 1 stars.
I was referred to Dr. Jaroudi from my PCP. I never once stepped into their office. I received a phone call from Dr. Jaroudi for scheduling while she asked a few questions about some symptoms my doctor had indicated. I declined to see the doctor for a variety of reasons. A month later my insurance company was billed as well as a patient bill sent to me. Fraudulent billing to my insurance company and to me is what is occurring here. BEWARE if you choose to take a scheduling phone call...it may cost you. Bad business.

FIND A DIFFERENT GI OFFICE TO GO TO!!!!! I will start off saying, I have nothing bad to say about Lina Kay or Dr Ramzan. They do an excellent job. Dr Jackson, who I only meet briefly does not seem to know what he is doing and is not very personable. The nurse who gave me my IV was AWFUL and had to stick me about 5 times before it stayed. The office staff is also the worst I have even dealt with. You will not be able to actually speak with anyone in the office, you only get a call center outside of America and ALL messages ha... read more
