I just got back home from my colonoscopy at this facility. I have never felt more like a number instead of a person than I did by the entire staff at Digestive Health clinic! Virtually everyone from reception to the physician was on auto pilot. There was no empathy. There was no compassion. There was no real communication. It was just get me in and get me out. If it were possible to go zero or negative stars I would. Great staff has retired and left the money grabbers behind. The new staff didn't read my records or care what you are going through anymore. Run away there has to be better or anything fair or poor would be. The fact that a new doctor would not even read the history and then ask you to explain it to her is mind blowing. Didn't know I was coming into an interrogation. Spend tens of thousands of dollars and just get slapped in the face. I will be looking for anyone else... read more
