One way to improve is to get the assistants to actually return phone calls and let patients know the results of tests in a timely manner instead of having to e them on my chart. Ct scan was done a week ago and I have yet to hear back from the dr's office. I was told Thursday that if she didn't get the results she would call the place that did it and get back to me Friday. I called Friday afternoon and left a voicemail. It's now 5:06 Monday afternoon and still nothing!
I was supposed to pay $1,000, now I’m on the hook for $10,000 from Mountain West Endoscopy Center and sent to collections. I’ve faxed to get the records of why they are screwing me, zero response. I’m not talking to you on the phone, trusting your words totally screwed me.
