I haven't met the doctor yet. But it's 10 o'clock and my appointment was at 9. Right now I'm confined to an exam room and about to leave.
The Dr was sweet and told me how my surgery went and said I don't need to come back for 3-5yrs
this places was very good and front desk was so respectful and kind.
Working with this office continues to be frustrating. They don't answer the phone. They don't return my calls. My appointment was placed on a different date than the one I was given. Have been waiting for 12 days for a referral to see another doctor only to find out they never called. The prescription that was to be called in to the pharmacy was never made. The office is either understaffed or there is a problem in communication. Or both.
