While the doctor I'm seeing 1 time a year I love, the fact that I cannot reschedule an appointment without issues is an issue for me. I called this morning, 2 times and pulled up the doctor online and could not get in touch with anyone. They finally called me back and told me they couldn't reschedule my appointment because my insurance will switch from my husbands to my own on 1/1? They broke one of my teeth during an endoscopy, which required a tooth extraction. I will need an implant, but haven’t had it yet because I have to let the extraction side heal - meaning I have had to walk around with NO TOOTH for months. They also damaged one of my crowns, which required replacement. Despite knowledge that they injured me, they sent me another bill for nearly $400. Run away, these people don’t care.
I really appreciate the attention to focus by Dr. Saikiran Raghavapuram. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer any and all questions. I am so grateful to have found this doctor and would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Sai for you and your team making my first experience with a colonoscopy as "comfortable" as possible! :)
The entire DHAT organization seems to care more about what insurance you have and how many appointments they can make for you to get paid as much money as possible. Actual care for people has gone out the window.
