Dr Ravi Chittajallu, M.D. are very professional, very customer oriented and through. I would recommend them to anyone.
Alana at the front desk definitely needs some coaching on how to handle new patients…to tell me I need to research what doctor I want to see and have there name ready for her in order to transfer care is insane! If I say I’d like to see the doctor with the 1st available appointment then why not just let me know who the heck has the soonest appointment! To jump thru hoops to see a provider is ridiculous plus her tone was beyond condescending. She definitely wasn’t trying to do anything outside of her phone answering duties. D... read more
