2/27/25: BEWARE! Staff provided inaccurate information on more than one occasion! One staff member wanted to set me up with a procedure without any type of consultation. When that doctor's schedule wouldn't align with mine, I was assigned to Dr. Gayle, who required a consult prior to the procedure. The consult with the nurse went fine, and the procedure was scheduled for December 2024. They were able to get me on a trial for Ulcerative Colitis for two years. The trial medicine was free and I am fully healed. The study paid for office visits.
Can’t even get them to answer their phone. When they do I’m just put back on hold again with no response. 20+ minutes on hold is ridiculous.
I was referred to this clinic by my doctor. When I tried calling to make an appointment they put you on hold and them hang up on you. The front desk person doesn’t even wait to hear a response she just puts you directly on hold and then hangs up on you.
