I am a former patient of Dr. Hill’s from years ago and do not have an issue with the provider himself. The front office staff in the last year is the worst group of “medical professionals” I’ve had to speak to. I tried to come back in for another appointment a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, my two jobs got hectic and as I tried to reschedule my appointment and called the office twice per day for several days at different times during normal boss was hours, I got the answering service for outside business hours.
