I have had the same experience as others have expressed. I guess it is just extremely difficult to get good staff. It was about 3 years ago I went. Perhaps they have changed. I’d love to see a recent review that says they have changed and I would try them again. Still searching for a new GI doc close to home!

Patient of Dr. Blank. She is a phenomenal doctor and this review has no reflection on her. Her staff however is hopelessly rude, unprofessional, and childish. Long story short: I had to reschedule a procedure due to not being able to take a COVID test within a certain period of time before the procedure (i.e. holidays and being out of town). Everyone from DHAT, aside from the doctors, don't seem to have it together. But the staff at this location are both unorganized and impressively rude.
Dr. Miller is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, takes his time with you, answers your questions fully and gives clear explanations. Delightful personallity.
