I find no fault with Dr George Sun - he is friendly, seems knowledgeable, is patient and takes time with his patients. However, the office is a hot mess. I arrived on time for my appointment yesterday. There were 2 patients in the waiting room ahead of me and 4 patients in 4 different rooms, all waiting to see the doctor. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours until I saw the doctor. I have experienced these types of delays each year I've seen this doctor. I followed with this group for years. I thought the care was good until he could not find an answer easily to my problems. At this point I was given the EYE ROLL and and the niceness was gone. I went and found answers with someone else. I was very disappointed!

Attempted to schedule a colonoscopy as ordered by my PCP. Preventive care - no symptoms or issues. This office told me i had to do a consult. I scheduled it and arrived only to be told it was going to cost $178!!! I informed the receptionist that this was for preventive care - there should be no cost. She let me know that I should have been offered the option to schedule the procedure and skip the office visit. We'll i wasn't! I find this predatory.
