This office has really been great. I see PA Frazier Ashburn and Jen his secretary. They have answered all questions, helped me with insurance, and have been pretty thorough since the moment I booked! I really Recommend Frazier. He’s patient. Listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan for your health. Francesca
I saw Frazier Ashburn and Dr Ardolino. Totally a money grab. Frazier first words to me were “do you want me to fix you or put a bandaid on you?”. I did all the tests. I was told my pain would subside in a few weeks. I think in hindsight that he asked that question because he knew he couldn’t help me. But he couldn’t help himself when he saw my insurance coverage. It’s been months. Nobody has checked on me. Nobody here cares. Best believe I’m getting the $6,000 bill, but I’m not getting care.
Misleading business practices. I was told I would only need to pay $60 total for a visit, Aetna specialist fee. Got a bill for $335, because Aetna put it all in my deductible. Obviously Aetna sucks, but I never should have been told it would be a total of $60 for my visit. I should have been told it was a $60 upfront fee, but there may be a further payment required. Made an appointment with a specific doctor. They switched it to a PA under a different doctor without telling me until I arrived for the appointment. Accomplished nothing in that appointment. When I tried to book a follow-up they told me I couldn't see the other doctor because I chose to see the PA the first time and it's their policy...
