Everyone is so kind, helpful and accommodating. Dr butzke is the best and has been soooo helpful in our son's treatment plan.
I had an appointment booked this morning and I get all the way there and the lady at the front desk tells me my appointment had been rescheduled and that they called me to let me know, but I never received any calls & did not receive a voicemail. Although it wasn’t her fault, I was highly upset that I was not contacted about my appointment being canceled. On the bright side, she was able to reschedule me for the next day.
The quality of care and professionalism is outstanding. I’m extremely glad that where I was supposed to go for my procedure was backed up and I was referred to this office.
Physician and staff very attentive! Had an acid reflux problem and called them. They had me come in that day and had an upper endoscopy the following day!
