Professional and caring with the patient
Dr. Butzke was amazing. She talked to my child, not just me, and made sure we both understood everything. Very patient & we never felt rushed. More doctors need to be like her.
Staff is friendly helpful kind when communicating. Callback was timely. Able to set set procedure quickly which was important because I was having a urgent situation with pain in my esophagus so I really appreciated that! Had my first colonoscopy prep was expectedly awful but procedure day staff and Doctor treatment was exceptional. Grateful that they are my provider for GI issues! Especially since once you have them you're likely going to manage them for life so I feel lucky to have a practice I can lean on and receive cons... read more
