I had such a good experience with Dr Benedict Devereaux. He has a warm and caring bedside manner and his nurses, Lexi and Maddi were absolutely wonderful. Dr Devereaux also kept me updated post procedure and with my results. Highly recommend especially if you want a caring and highly experienced and knowledgeable doctor!
Had a very bad experience with Dr Tom Zhou, and poor customer service from the reception. He seems only to care about collecting his pricey consultation fee (It was $350!!) , did not give much care about his patients and their chronic issues. It was very disheartening during his consultation sessions, and he appeared to be very arrogant, not empathetic, and always grinning and scoffing at the questions I was asking. For what would normally be a very anxious experience, the staff put you at ease and are very caring and considerate of you having a procedure. Dr Walsh was very thorough and informative. I would highly recommend DDQ.
