They had 2 days to send my refill and didn't. I called twice, and was told they would let the Dr know. Then they closed for the weekend and didn't bother to send the refill. They can't be reached on the weekends. I now have no medicine. They do not care about their patients. The staff is rude and the doctors don't care about that either!
My experience at DDC was great. Dr Kaplan was great very thorough and explained everything clearly.
Thank you! I will be staying clear from them. If you can’t get ahold of the doctors . The practice is useless if the staff is ignorant to your needs.
