Dr Shah deserves zero stars! Worst GI Dr ever! We saw him regarding swallowing issues and what we thought was gerd. He said my husband’s symptoms were strange. Then said he’s booked 6 weeks out for endoscopy! He’s a GI Dr, how can those symptoms be strange!?!? He told us someone would be calling us on Monday to schedule endoscopy. NO ONE CALLED. They had 2 days to send my refill and didn't. I called twice, and was told they would let the Dr know. Then they closed for the weekend and didn't bother to send the refill. They can't be reached on the weekends. I now have no medicine. They do not care about their patients. The staff is rude and the doctors don't care about that either!
My experience at DDC was great. Dr Kaplan was great very thorough and explained everything clearly.
