Staff very friendly and my time with physician was extremely helpful and not rushed. He gave me lots of advice and ideas to help me with my concerns!
Dr. Katz and his team are always great to work with. I had a follow up visit today 7/31 with his ARNP after my upper and lower endoscopy. My appt was for 11 and by 11:30 am and lots of other folks going back before me I asked the reception how much longer. I was informed that she was quite behind and had 3 others ahead of me. I was not happy I wasn’t informed about this when I checked in or could have saved myself of sitting there for 30 min. I have never seen anyone besides Dr. Katz and he has always been prompt.
