Horrible office staff!!! Very nasty attitude of the front office staff. I just got off phone after being on hold for over 8 mins. I hung up called back rang like 100 times then finally answered my call with attitude. You can have your pharmacy call office for refills and you NEVER EVER HAVE THE DOCTOR CALL YOUR REFILLS IN!!! HAD A COLONOSCOPY IN OCTOBER AND GET RESULTS in January.Only found out results after more then 2 or 3 calls weekly. Worst office staff I have ever dealt with!!! It took three phone calls to his office before he called me with results of my test. Something I was told would take about a week for the results took him 2 months. The office staff is not very friendly either. However, The nurses that prep you for your procedure are excellent at what they do.
Not dependable or thorough, shares busy office staff with several others, poor operations and communication. Often forgets to consult with patient or their rep after a procedure. Need to constantly call office for answers because of this and other reasons; doesn't complete orders for meds, tests, and results. Took a month to mail last lab orders. Still waiting for script from 3 weeks ago. I wouldn't choose this Dr for a surgery! On the hunt for another one who earns trust
If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff is a mess, they don't know when they schedule you and gave me the wrong date for my appt and tried to act like it was my fault. Dr. Nattakom, himself, ghosted me for a appt. It was a telehealth appt and he just never showed up. The office didn't even try to apologize for that when I called asking what happened. He also performed a colonoscopy and told me to take a new medication but did not give me a prescription - it took me TWO MONTHS of calling the office everyday to ge... read more
Been given the runaround and many scares only for constant delays, no returned calls after continuously leaving detailed messages, prescriptions not ready for weeks end, and though I’ve had several visits I still have yet to have a resolve or at least someone call me back from the office to let me know something ! Upon the severe anxiety l, among many other emotions, now having to start again and this time on my own to find a resolve elsewhere.
