Place is reviewed like this for a reason. THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE. THEY KNOW THAT THEY'RE LYING AND THEY LIIIIIIE!!! Do you want to give your business to a place that says a procedure can take 1.5-2 hours and then haven't even started until after 3 hours (and counting,) when they're not even busy? Appt was 9:45... Got here at 9:25 and watched this room fill up twice and empty out and im still sitting here. Older Lady with mask said I was next 2 patients ago... so far been waiting for over 30 mins. I am walking and finding me another DR.
If you value professionalism and thorough patient care, I would recommend considering another provider. During my first appointment, the doctor entered the room with another woman who was not wearing a name badge and appeared to be dressed inappropriately for a clinical setting. While the doctor was speaking with me, she was looking at her watch, which felt unprofessional and distracting. If I could post without ZERO stars, I would. Visited this practice twice and both times had to wait over an hour without any apologies. Had a procedure and the surgical staff was pleasant. Went for follow up today and waited over an hour then when Mr Personality (Habashi) finally came in the room, he handed me a folded piece of paper and when I tried asking him questions, he treated me like I was an idiot and then left the room. I was charged a $50 no-show fee even though I was never informed of any cancellation or no-show policy, verbally or in writing. I contacted the clinic to resolve the issue but never received a follow-up call. Very poor communication and lack of transparen
