HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Claims to never have got my authorization from my ins..... LIE, they received it 5.3.17 but failed to let me know Support staff is RUDE and actually laughed at me. DISGUSTED WITH THEM!! The sad thing is that they don't care. Its sad when you are sick, don't feel well and then have to be treated like this on top of it! I wonder if Dr. Nashi knows??????
See my post of 5-19-17. Girls on the phone with patients are rude and confrontational, and do not appear to be very knowledgeable.
Seen and been to lots of doctors offices -the staff in this office is so impersonal-like they have no customer service skills please people be kind to patients I know your job is frustrating but put yourself in a patients shoes -
