Our experience was a negative one. I have no doubt this Dr knows what he's doing. But when dealing with the elderly he lacks compassion. I'm saddened that his reaction was to change critical heart medications and label the patient noncompliant. Thankfully God is the ultimate and lead us to someone that has corrected the critical changes he a GI specialist made in said patients cardiac meds. I am grateful they decided to take me on. I am still getting used to personalities but care so far is very good. I needed to come in for my tube and they had me in within 2 days. So far I am happy.

Dr. Souder is the best gastroenterologist in Tenn, he’s amazing, caring, comforting, attentive, he’s the best Doctor I’ve ever been too. Also his staff is attentive and very caring, when you need them they are in your room within seconds. I cannot say enough about this clinic.
