RecommendedMy husband and I both see Dr. Sargios for colonoscopies and are pleased with him as a physician. However, Digestive Disease Center needs to re-evaluate scheduling of procedures. we usually have to wait quite awhile to get called in. Today the wait was nearly an hour and a half.
Simply the worst office staff, it’s impossible to reach someone, when you finally do they are rude and act like you are a huge bother. I finally saw Dr Sargios who I liked very much but the office staff was as miserable in person as on the phone. Calling to schedule the colonoscopy was a fiasco of a half dozen phones calls with nasty people complaining that I called the wrong extension only to transfer me to a voicemail box.
