Very informative this time I went on my own and we discussed what I should eat and what I shouldn’t eat, which was good because most doctors Take it for granted that the person knows What they are doing but I actually knew what I should eat because I follow A list of what I should eat because I have had kidney stones and I don’t want those back. I’m very into what I’m allowed to have, I don’t need to get sick.
