AVOID! I would avoid at all cost. My pregnant wife went to a new patient appointment she was denied medical care due to not having the money up front. She’s pregnant and was denied care. This place is heartless they only care about money. She had to leave with out knowing what’s going on. On the phone she was told she can get billed. Janell Francis the site manager is the one who said she can’t get soon. AVOID!

Refused medical emergency canceled appointment to have biopsies taken on severe esophical scarring. over $800 unpaid bill Absolute terrible service. I was told to go sit in the hospital they might take me .

They had me scheduled for an office visit only and gave my appointment to another patient without contacting me. My Dzughter drove me here from York, PA for my appointment that they gave to someone. Do not come here. I would give a 0 if I could.

TLDR: Dr. Elbaum is booked out but one of the best there. No issues with him. The staff says they'll communicate with insurance but doesn't (or least my insurance never received anything). Doctor that I never had before but had to go to for insurance reasons was way behind schedule but still allowed appts with no time frame given (past regular appt time to where one can legally leave the office without being penalized per research yet still penalized stating i was a no show despite seeing the MA and being checked in). These people should be sued for malpractice. Worst patient care in the area. Whatever you do absolutely do not go to this place. They will provide minimal care if any and then stick you with a ridiculous bill for their aweful services. Avoid this place at all costs.
