Update: The woman my mother spoke to on the phone was a medical assistant who goes by the name Jade. This is being documented for legal purposes. The secretaries at this practice are SOOOO rude & unprofessional… they are going to cost someone their lives. My little brother is actively experiencing malrotation (a medical EMERGENCY) & this practice continued to put my mother on hold. I had to heckle the doctor for weeks to get any follow up on my testing. Then when the basic tests they did looked normal, they made zero recommendations. Completely useless
Everyone was extremely professional and friendly....from the receptionist to the nursing staff. Made an extremely uncomfortable procedure much more tolerable....the entire staff made me more relaxed. Kudos to all!
