Called to schedule an appointment as a first time paitent and was treated like a child by the very rude receptionist named Lindsay. I was chastied because due to no fault of my own my insurance card doesnt specify wether its a hmo or ppo plan. So lindsay in a rude manner proceded to keep telling me its my responsibility to call my insurnace to figure out if i need a pre authorization.
