Having been a patient with Digestive Care Center for a number of years (and being mostly satisfied with the care), I recently had a endoscopy done at DCC. While the procedure itself was without incident, I am VERY frustrated with the care provided before/after. 1) The prep instructions for the procedure didn't arrive at my house until after the procedure was completed. 2) The problem noted in an x-ray prior (and the reason for the endoscopy itself!) was never even mentioned to me or to my ride after the procedure.
