This office is a joke. I was calling in as a new patient. I tried for days to get someone to answer their phone to schedule a procedure, all I kept getting was voicemail. When I finally got Kathy on the phone, she was very rude and ignorant to me because I did not leave a voicemail. The office cannot handle all the calls they get so they make you leave a message and return your call in 3-5 business days and that is just to set an appoinment.
