Stephanie Pointer… who is this person? Oh that is right. My doctor suggested you. I have had three procedures and a consultation but I have never met you. The whole experience with this place is like rushing cattle. It has been over two weeks but I can’t get my biopsies resorts until this person looks at them. They told me she had lots of patients. That one start is too many.Absolutely horrible experience. Drove for a hour, Paid money to still leave in pain and unclear of what's wrong. Schedule thousands of dollars in testing. Headed To ER. Thanks for nothing.
I had a great experience with Digestive and Liver Specialists, PLLC. I saw Sabrina Briggs, NP and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She asked all of the right questions, listened well, answered all my questions.
I am happy with my overall experience. Sabrina is wonderful. My only complaint is my wait time was much longer than it should have been.
I called up on Friday morning, told I would be contacted by someone that same day. I never received a call so I called the call center again and was told that office was now closed for the day and someone would call me on Monday. By Wednesday the next week I still received no call and was told the miscommunication was on the Doctor's office end, not the call/scheduling center which I totally believe because even the call center manager could not get in touch with the office while I was on hold.
