1) Dr Kola is great. Love him. He takes his time with you and explains everything clearly. 2) Unfortunately, I may have to find another practice if the Virtual Check-in process continues. It is a violation of privacy as the whole waiting room can hear the questions and answers. It may even violate HIPPA rules. There are receptionists at the front desk who can check you in quietly and discretely. Everyone was very nice and helpful except for the Dr. leonor Santos. The nurse was kind but to me it seemed she didn’t know what she was doing and had me repeat a lot of things and she used her phone twice while I was with her and she didn’t seem like she was listening. Now the doctor was absolutely terrible. She seemed very rushed and was talking at me and not with.
