Food was aweful. Clearly zero talet or culinary experience in the kitchen. And there is no sound proofing as it is quite old so be aware as with all century establishments you will not get to sleep in. No microwave or fridge in the rooms either which sucks if you wanted to reheat your stuff from the road and didnt want to spend 100 bucks on reheated unseasoned blah from their cocina.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of the electric points did not work. We had to move the kettle to the floor to get it to boil. The taps leaked stainless the bath. The room layout was not convenient, mostly due to the modern items such as TV being put into an old room never intended to accommodate it.

We were able to book a room last minute as we came off the ferry and decided we would like to stay the evening in Digby. The service was great throughout the entire experience. Our meals were fantastic, breakfast was very good and included with our room. The quality of our room was good, the bed was comfy and we had a beautiful view. My only wish is that the bathrooms were updated, the space is small and difficult to utilize. Overall we had a positive experience!
