We booked a cottage for 2 days but had to cut short our stay after a day. The furniture in the cottage was very old, dirty and ripped. The flooring was very old and had scratches everywhere. The ripped chairs were replaced at our request but they just covered the dirty couch with a piece of cloth. There was smell of sewer gases in the bathroom which increased a lot on the second day and the room also started smelling. We had a 2 bedroom cottage and loved it. The view of the harbor was great. We loved the fireplace which was prepared so I simply had to light it. The cottage setup would also be perfect for 2 traveling couples as each room had a bathroom. The service from the front desk staff and dining room servers was exceptional. We also enjoyed the relatively easy walking trails located on the property which had a variety of hardwood species. We will definitely return.
