The entire staff at this office is very friendly and helpful.
It's been over a month since I visited Digby for new glasses. I wanted a frame from a company they use but they did not stock this particular frame. I had to pay for the glasses up front (not upon receipt), again because the frames were not an in-stock item. They said I should have my glasses in a couple of weeks. I called them two days ago about my order and was put on hold for over six minutes before I spoke to a person.
