As per the norm this company is happy to talk & return emails before they take your money, then it's complete radio silence. How the hell are you still in business? Products are rubbish, just the cheapest spec'd garbage from China
Purchase a wireless camera that failed after some months, they will not reply to emails or answer the phone , do not deal with this company
No return calls. No reply emails Unable to ever contact ANYONE yet when in there the staff just stuff around clearly only there to attend and pickup a pay cheque. DISGUSTING SERVICE
Purchased a Masten item that has 2 year warranty, need repairs after 10 months from purchase. Contacted Dig Options 3 weeks ago regarding replacment/repair. No response since initial contact. Even after having to contact them via phone and emails several times.
