This is the 3rd pool they have built for me. I can't say enough about the customer service before and after the installation. They gave a blue book that explained everything in detail. If your looking for a company that will be there for the life of your pool then your heading in the right direction. My first pool was built by them in 1979. Izzy

It was a great experience from start to finish. Customer focused, helpful, and great work. From the first contact, I felt like a valued customer. My needs were heard and I got a beautiful new pool, in a timely manner. They were also the most competitively priced. All my questions were answered and any follow up that was needed was almost immediate! I would recommend this company to anyone!

So glad we used Home Advisor to find this company last winter. They installed our new pool in the spring and just came out to close it for the coming winter. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and what they are doing. They made the closing process look a whole easier than when we used to do it with our old pool. Thank you to Marie and Michele and to the service technicians, I do not remember their names but they did an awesome job!

One of the best experiences I have had as a consumer. Contacted Dig-m-installers not yet having made a decision to get a pool. After time was taken with me to explain the process and price of the pool and installation I agreed. Pool was totally ordered, delivered and installed within 5 days. I am pleased with the pool and every person involved in my purchase and closing. I recommend Dig-M-Pools, the company with INTEGRITY.

This company after I scheduled the install date of 7/1/16. To install 18' round pool I told them I have Covings which are a sponge with a tape back that sticks to pool wall. They even called me 6/27 Then I called them back to confirm the Covings and current loner were delivered Now they are installing and saying the coving are not on the paper work Even after mentioning them 3 times Now they want extra 200.00 to install After they knew pool install with Covings The lady on the phone "owner" was very rude very nasty at... read more
