This company took $10000.00 from me never did the work and will not refund my money. I have filed theft charges as well as notifying the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Licensing Board.
So, I read some of the other reviews particularly one from Angela from Elkton. I had the same experience. My date was changed three times. The pool installation was great when they finally came. My super biggest gripe is hey left me about a truck load of dirt in my yard. I believe the price they charge for the installation should have covered that. If you can act as your own general contractor and you are knowledgable about pool installation they are fine. The pool was installed quickly however, some of the work was sloppy and the communication between the workers was non existent. After they were done it took me days to clean up the site. There was trash all over. I had to hire another company to re-do the grading, and reinstall the pump, filter and heater to get the right elevation. They called and changed our installation date and when installers showed up there was misunderstanding with things that we were told would be taken care of by their office. Installers showed up later than we thought which delayed our pool water being delivered. Our pool and installation we are happy with, installers did a great job.
They did a fantastic job and educated us on upkeep. Answered any and all questions
Marie was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me with suggestions and getting the best deal from suppliers.
I had a new replacement pool installed in this year. There currently was a pool that I removed was there (17 yrs). This company does not do on-site estiment. The crew arrived as scheduled did what I thought was a good job till after further inspection there were many creases on the bottom. They finally returned after 4 days to stretch the creases out. Sadly the bottom now 3 months after looks worse then the previous 2 liners I installed myself in my old pool. So much for a flat level bottom. FYI. Demand a written estimate pr... read more
From start to finish my family and I had a great experience. We absolutely love our new pool. The team was professional and great at what they do. All my friends love the work this company did for us, and would definitely use them their selves. Once again thank you Dig M team !!!
