Overall it was ok. Bit of a walk to get to the location with small kids ( not pram friendly ) The guy who ran the induction was amazing, ( brown hair, brown beard guy ). We felt a little ripped off when we arrived to see the amount of people in our session, and only 9 machines… so kids had to wait 30 mins each turn, felt abit deceiving as this isn’t mentioned anywhere. I was worried about what to expect here after some bad reviews, however I was impressed and we had an awesome morning, there was a decent size group for the induction but once your in and spread out across the park it’s not busy at all, we waited just 5 minutes or so for some digs but most went straight in, had time to go back and operate the fav ones, the young staff are very nice, informative and helpful. We will becoming back!
My 2 boys (5 and 7) had the best time and can’t wait to go back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Machines were relatively easy for them to operate.
We had a great day at Dig It. The machines were awesome and our son had a ball. Only feedback would be maybe allowing ten less kids to allow for less lining up in the heat. 2hrs is plenty of time, if there were less in each session you could run shorter sessions. Unfortunately one of the instructors, Daemon, was on a bit of a power trip and upset a couple of kids in our session which was a shame.
