Marlyn changed my life! I’ve been training here for about a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Every work out is personalized and tailored to you. The energy and support I receive from Marlyn and the other girls is amazing. They made me fall in love with fitness. It never gets easier, we just get stronger thanks to Marlyn!
I would say she is a great trainer! I was excited to start my work out journey when I saw pictures of other people’s results. I’ve been working out for the past three months and my friends and family tell me how they see the changes in my body. She is fair and always make sure I push myself.
