Norma Harrison handled my transaction from initial inquiry, through several distractions and delays at my end, to the completion of invoicing. She was phenomenally responsive and timely throughout - first rank customer service. I don't have the panels yet, but even if they were mediocre this would be a good customer experience.

I received my light cover it is better grade then the one that came with this light. I dropped mine so many times it was in constant tape repair. This new cover is amazing.😍😍 I can't say enough about this company. I was clueless on how to get this picticular DIFFUSER.....🤔 I searched through so many sites Diffuser Specialists site popped up. 👌 Diffuser was not a word I used, I used Puffy, Bubble, etc....🤦‍♀️ I can't thank them enough.😁 Also opening the box when arrived...Well, that is amazing with the care they take pa... read more
