Norma Harrison handled my transaction from initial inquiry, through several distractions and delays at my end, to the completion of invoicing. She was phenomenally responsive and timely throughout - first rank customer service. I don't have the panels yet, but even if they were mediocre this would be a good customer experience.
I received my light cover it is better grade then the one that came with this light. I dropped mine so many times it was in constant tape repair. This new cover is amazing.😍😍 I can't say enough about this company. This place is awesome. The customer service is amazing. I live in another state and they made sure my custom order was done accurately and ensured I received the correct size and item. I highly recommend them for all your lightening needs.
Had exactly what we needed in stock, at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this place.
Horrible customer service. I went to their website on a Saturday to view products and sent message through website about a specific item. Understanding they are not open on weekends I expected a call at some point the following week. No response...I called them on a Wednesday and spoke with someone that directed me to the correct product. Told me the price but told me the shipping would likely be more than the cost of the product...this was without knowing where the product shipping to.
