If I could give zero stars I would. The manager of my manufactured home community had Diffley come to fix a problem we were having with our toilets and sinks. (Which turned out to be because the septic had not been pumped out for almost 5 full years). So, the tank was so full it was blocking the pipe that drains into the tank. So, it had backed up into our pipes. That is something they are supposed to maintain. Excellent service and attention to detail. Diffley connected our home in Warwick to the city sewer system. Went above and beyond what was expected, and the staff is very pleasant to work with. A good-hearted family business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER!!! I had my septic pumped and inspected two years ago and the company didn't send it to the town. The town contacted me about it and since it was about due, I called diffley and asked them to pump and inspect it. I explained to them that the town needed it done right away and they said they would take care of it.
