I'm doing personal training with Gerald. He's professional and he has tailored a program that fits my fitness goals. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I enjoy using machines that one doesn't find at most gyms. The staff and the other gym members are friendly and courteous.
Different breed is a professional gym with a respectful and welcoming environment. The gym offers multiple training programs to help people regenerate. The coaches are knowledgeable and take their time to provide guidance on nutrition, health, and overall fitness. The gym also offers elite training in boxing for all levels! This gym will help build confidence, discipline, and mental toughness while learning new skills. A Different Breed is a vibe! The community is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in your progress. Christine's (CJ) pilates class is a must. The music, her energy, and attention to detail make every session both challenging and fun. And Danny's Strength & Conditioning and Body Shaping classes are also favorites. His pacing is on point! I have trained with Don for 15 years. I'm in better shape than most guys half my age. My boys train with Don now. They're getting into incredible shape, too. Knowing how to box is also a tremendous confidence booster. This is not just another gym. It's a lifestyle changer.
