Supposedly ordered a part for my grandmother, but have failed to get the part for her. Advised her that the part is on "national backorder" and told her not to call up to the dealership again.

What a relief dealin with people who are attentive to your needs, polite, and courteous. It's what you expect from a car dealership but it never happens. It did at Diffee and I won't go anywhere else now. Sick of all the joker dealerships in OKC. Thanks Diffee for making me a lifetime customer who will also refer people to your dealership.

I'm so happy with my recent purchase at Diffee. I recently brought home an awesome 2010 Mustang GT, got a great deal on my trade in (more than I planned on) and an even better price on the new vehicle than I could find anywhere else. The staff at Diffee treated me just like family, so kind and never pushy. I purchased a Lincoln two years ago from Diffee and will definitely keep buying ALL my cars here!
