We went to Diffee Ford to look at an Explorer after I looked up the car I wanted to look at and Kade Johnson texted and called us to come out and see the car they had. He showed us what was on the lot and we drove it and he went over all the details and got us exactly what we wanted and the car arrived within three days. Our experience with Diffee has always been great! Ronnie Porter has been our sales rep for many years and his experience has always been helpful. Our recent purchase of a Lincoln aviator was great! They go above and beyond to make sure the “hunt for the right car” is plentiful and John in financial department always helpful to make everything flow smoothly! I took my car in for a wheel alignment. They started to work almost immediately. I had to wait for the car. Thay were finished with in an hour. The cost was higher than I was quoted . But they hnored the quoted price. By doing this, they demenstrated that the costumer is highly valued. Diffe Ford just got gained another customer!
