Came in for a scheduled maintenance and was free by Matthew who was very professional and friendly. We were offered snacks and drinks while we waited. The service was so fast we were amazed!!
As always…my service appointment was flawless. They reminded me I was due for my 30,000 mile service and not just an oil change. I let them know I had an appointment and we were just going to do the oil change today. They had everything done in less than an hour and I wasn’t surprised by any additional charges. I do love my car. However I was promised I would have the renovations on my car done in one day. It is now day eight. Brand new car paid cash for it and I don't have it because your salesperson keeps saying oh. You'll have it tomorrow and he has never picked up the phone to even find out what's going on with it. And everyday I call him and he says oh you'll have it tomorrow. And nobody is doing anything about it So I am not a happy camper
