The service for the oil change went smoothly, efficiently and the work done went above my expectations all-around..! They went above and beyond my expectations.
I’ve recently developed a car problem with my Kia Sportage, that I’m really concerned and unhappy about! But I felt better after my appointment yesterday, because of Jen! She was so pleasant, friendly and so helpful! She addressed all my concerns and questions! I left the Kia dealership feeling better about my situation! Jen is such an asset to Kia and they are so lucky to have her!!
