These women are horrible how do you charge a 3 year old 60.00 for a manicure / pedicure just total robbery …. When did getting 3 year olds nails become this crazy ? Called around to make sure I wasn’t crazy and I got quoted 30 -35 bucks …. So shame on you all … never going back here
The place is filthy. The nail technician is RUDE and has a BIG MOUTH with no respect for myself and my children. Talks in Chinese to her other staff about the clients. I understand the language and she was saying terrible things about us. We will NEVER go there again. Disgusting Behaviour from the owner. Don’t go here!
UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER NAMED SOPHIE WAS RUDE TO MY DAUGHTER! SHE USED OLD NAIL POLISH ON HER! THE SALON WAS VERY DIRTY! APPARENTLY THEY WERE CHARGED WITH NOT COMPLYING WITH HEALTH REGULATIONS! GOOGLE DIFF NAILS IN RICHMONDHILL! AWFUL
On December 22, 2025, Dif Nail & Spa was discovered to violate and not ensure every product used is stored and dispensed in a manner that prevents contamination after a re-inspection. Public health inspectors first recorded the compliance issue, along with several others, at a Dec. 15 inspection. Amazing service here as usual! I had the pleasure of getting my bio gel refill from Jing and her attention to detail was mind blowing. I came in just before they closed but regardless of that, she took her time to make sure the shape and colour was perfect. Specifically the shape, I was stunned! Thank you so much Jing!!!
