Worst doctor I have ever met. Did not care to listen to my symptoms. He was quick (under 5 minutes) just wanted to move on the next patient. I went to another endocrinologist and my symptoms were a quick fix, something this doctor couldn’t figure out or didn’t care to figure out. I don’t not recommend him, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Good luck!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is short and have repeatedly hung up. I’ve had to call several times just to schedule an appointment. When I stressed the necessity of getting my documents they pass the buck and don’t do anything. If I had the option I’d go literally anywhere else. The Drs themselves were fantastic but their staff was abysmal.

One thing about Dr. Diaz, he’s extremely knowledgeable about Diabetes and will fight for his patients’ health. My mom had many issues with her medication and sugars were out of control. Her other providers refused to change her medications and Dr. Diaz advocated fiercely for my mother, forcing them to reevaluate her medications and her blood sugar went down immediately. It’s refreshing to see a healthcare provider who treats low income patients with the respect, passion, and care they deserve.

Was 15 minutes early. Went to check in window. No one was there. Waited in the lobby to 4:00. Went back to the window and was told that I had to reschedule appointment because I didn’t check in on time. Will call my PCP and find another Dr that has an understanding and courteous staff. Subsequently the office contacted me through Tina the office manager. She was wonderful. Scheduled me for 2 days later and spoke to the employee who is new that was involved. Have met with Dr. Diez.
