I rarely write reviews but compelled to do this one. It's not possible to work with Dr. Diez. He would not listen, order tests or give treatments. He would say "listen to me, look at me". When other doctors order tests, he laughed at them. He doesn't seem to work for the patients, instead he seems to care more about the insurance.

Worst doctor I have ever met. Did not care to listen to my symptoms. He was quick (under 5 minutes) just wanted to move on the next patient. I went to another endocrinologist and my symptoms were a quick fix, something this doctor couldn’t figure out or didn’t care to figure out. I don’t not recommend him, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Good luck!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is short and have repeatedly hung up. I’ve had to call several times just to schedule an appointment. When I stressed the necessity of getting my documents they pass the buck and don’t do anything. If I had the option I’d go literally anywhere else. The Drs themselves were fantastic but their staff was abysmal.
