Completely dissatisfied with Diaz, Dupuy & Ruiz LLC. Our return sat for months accruing fees with no real effort to contact us. They claim they called my husband, but we have no record of that, and no one tried to reach me. Their lack of communication cost us unnecessary fees. I’ll be finding a new tax professional.
