We had a Generac at our previous home that Dietzel serviced for 10 years with no downtime. As we moved, we called them to assist in selection and installation of a generator. Dietzel performed well, no delays or excuses. We did have some delay with the gas utility company in re supply and meter(s). Dietzel worked diligently to assist resolving the roadblock to find the solution and approval to move forward. Always prompt in responding on email or telephone, and pleasant to work with.
Jerry installed our generator 24 years ago it is still going strong. They check it out once a year. Wonderful company.
Dietzel completed the installation of my Standby Generator over 7 years ago and they did a great job! They service my unit one a year and everything has been smooth sailing. I would absolutely recommend them.
