Overpriced and very little stock.
Notably good service experience the main salesman, Steve, is someone you can really count on. These people really know their stuff. They will stick with you and solve your problems, not just give you bandaids. They may be more expensive than the big box shops, but the service and quality make for the best shopping experience I have had in a long time.
