We love our memorial cemetery bench. It was done in Pearl Blue from Norway & looks great. We put names & dates on the top & added an interesting saying on the seat. The guys setting the bench up were very professional too

Horrible customer service. We paid for a gravestone at the Austin location. My son was a nurse and only 32 yrs old when he passed. A YEAR later, still no stone, just excuses. Stay far away from this company.

I highly would not recommend this place unless you don’t want a headstone within a timely manner for your deceased. My father is a fallen officer who died in the line of duty. My family has mourned his death, had his funeral, and went to Washington D.C. where his name was engraved on the fallen officer wall and unfortunately he still doesn’t have a headstone. I have called multiple times to find out when we can expect it each time I’m met with the same excuse by the lady answering the phone that his name is on a ten page lis... read more

My family's experience with Dietz was excellent. We were able to preview each piece, companion marker, base for my father's military marker and finally a bench. Carla Pogue was awesome at what she does and was so compassionate and patient to work with. She met all of our expectations and and much more.
