There was very little interaction with the orthodontist about my child's treatment and 3 times I asked to have a consultation or phone call from the orthodontist and was told that the he was too busy. When I decided to change orthodontists for lack of appointment times and lack of interaction from the orthodontist the office would not transfer records to the next orthodontist.
