I was put at ease with humor and laughter. Everyone was smiling and it made it much easier.
Since I started my treatment it has been a negative experience. My attachments kept falling off and no one could seem to fix the problem which required me to visit them almost daily for this to be fixed. Dentist only does certain visits at certain times so good luck trying to get in if you work. Now I have to wear the same Invisalign trays for an additional three weeks that already have signs of wear and are uncomfortable now since I am extending my wear with my last set. Glad I chose them for my daughter's orthodontics. Update: I just started my 2nd daughter at Dietrich & Kelso. We are very happy with the experience.
