As a former CPA I am very disappointed in the Dietrich Firm (Dave Dietrich himself). They did a Trust for my elderly mother. That was fine. Upon her passing, I inquired if Dietrich could re-title some of her land (quick inquiry call).. the answer was a quick "yes".... and Dave Dietrich personally told me he would send me an "engagement letter/quote"...after waiting weeks, I never received it. I had a very complex and stressful situation where the other trust attorney wouldn’t return my calls. After hiring Mr Dietrich, not only did they respond, we got results!
I selected this firm largely on google reviews as I was returned home to my native city and didn't have legal connections. It's hard to trust a firm to navigate setting up a trust for your family and I wish I would have found someone that represents the woman as well as the man. Felt disrespected.
